1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a Growth Audit, or commissioning a digital project with Wuick ("Wuick," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Scope of Services

Wuick provides high-performance digital services including, but not limited to:

• Convert Tier: Conversion-focused UI/UX design, responsive website development, landing pages, analytics, and SEO foundations.
• Automate Tier: 24/7 AI sales assistants, WhatsApp automation, lead qualification workflows, CRM integration, and automated follow-ups.
• Scale Tier: Custom web applications, SaaS platforms, customer portals, dashboards, and scalable software architecture.

3. Timelines & Client Cooperation

Estimated project delivery times (e.g., 7–14 days for Launch projects) are contingent upon the prompt provision of required client materials, including brand assets, copy requirements, access credentials, and timely feedback on design and milestone reviews. Delays in approvals or asset provision will adjust the launch date accordingly.

4. Payment & Fees

Project fees are outlined in individual project proposals and service orders. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed initial milestone payment. Ongoing maintenance, AI tokens, hosting, third-party API costs (such as Meta WhatsApp Cloud API fees or domain renewals), and growth retainer services are billed as agreed in individual project contracts.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all agreed project fees, full ownership of custom client deliverables (including customized code, frontend assets, design mockups, and client-specific copywriting) is transferred to the client. Wuick retains ownership of proprietary agency boilerplates, core libraries, and generalized design frameworks, granting the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them within the delivered product.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Wuick delivers digital systems engineered to professional industry standards and provides post-launch testing and support as specified in your tier. We do not guarantee specific monetary earnings or revenue outcomes resulting from organic market conditions, third-party platform algorithm changes, or client product market fit. In no event shall Wuick's liability exceed the total fee paid by the client for the specific project in question.
